A Sex Retro is a guided reflection tool designed to spark candid, constructive conversations about relationships, sexual experience, and desire

It follows a simple retrospective format (inspired by design and team retros) where you reflect either solo or with a partner.

An example structure includes:

• Worries – things on your mind now or about the future

• Puzzles – questions you have (no bad questions)

• Loves – things that happened that you loved

• Intrigues – curiosities or talking points to explore

You then take turns sharing (or reflect privately), listening without interruption, and agree on 1–3 insights or actions to carry forward

At its core, a Sex Retro is a structured way to design better intimacy through reflection, curiosity, and intentional conversation.
